About the class: Take your practice to the next level with this varied, fun and dynamic Vinyasa yoga class. Expect to sweat and lose yourself in a class set to great music, blending meditation with breathing and flowing yoga movements. This class will help you let go of stress - a complete mind-body experience. Suited for intermediate/advanced yoga students. About the teacher: Corrie has turned to yoga for grounding, strength and balance for over 7 years. Corrie completed her 200 hour yoga teacher certification through Moksha Yoga Center and is a registered yoga teacher in Yoga Alliance (RYT-200). Corrie continues to explore new opportunities for growth as a teacher. Corrie's classes encourage the awakening of the students' full potential and a connection with their inner guidance. Each practice includes postures for strength and rejuvenation, as well as a deeper thread of meditation, intention work, and exploration of the subtle body through the breath. She is grateful for her daily practice and her teachers for her continuing growth as a yoga student and teacher. Corrie loves that no matter what brings us to yoga, yoga brings us closerto our highest good. Corrie teaches group classes and private lessons at Amara.
